Construction began on the North Wall in the fall of 2018. The students of the Pennsylvania College of Technology Construction Trades Class provided the labor as part of their class work in Masonry instruction.
The North Wall and monuments were dedicated during the Lycoming County Memorial Service on May 29, 2021.
